Children of Promise

Children of Promise, NYC : To embrace children of incarcerated parents & empower them to break the cycle of intergenerational involvement in the criminal justice system.


The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.

The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver, through a new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens.


The NSSA believes that each individual with autism, as well as their family members, deserves access to resources that will help them maximize their full potential. NSSA is dedicated to developing and providing those resources so that individuals with autism will be able to live lives filled with promise, dignity, and purpose and their families will have hope as well as peace of mind.

Nassau Suffolk Services for Autism offers hope to people with autism and their families by providing high quality life-long support through services which enable people with autism to function better in everyday life. NSSA offers the most advanced treatment and training programs for the benefit of people with autism, and will continue to pioneer, through research, comprehensive treatment models which can be adopted nationally.

Friends Helping Friends is about helping our local friends in need. This is a great group of people who help out our local neighbors who fall on hard times. We are ALL volunteers; therefore, 100% of profits go toward helping our friends in need.

The people we help are our hard working, friends and family members who just need a helping hand. These are not normally people who would ask for assistance. They are people who for some unforeseen circumstance, fall on hard times. Moms with cancer, dads who lose jobs, kids will major illness, families who experience tragedy.
